UPDATE: Police Release Photos of Man Suspected to have Touched Child Inappropriately at Rockville Library
Update, Dec.21, 9:52 a.m.: Montgomery County Police have released photographs of the man suspected to have inappropriately touched a 5-year-old girl at the Rockville Memorial Library on Saturday, Dec. 15.

A man reportedly inappropriately touched a 5-year-old girl at the Rockville Memorial Library, a Montgomery County police statement says.
The incident occurred about 6 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 15, at the library, at 21 Maryland Ave., police said. The man, who had a possible thin goatee and a medium build, approached the child in the children’s section of the library, pulled down the girl’s pants, and touched her inappropriately, police said.
The child screamed and went and told her parents, who then called police.
Investigators reviewed library video surveillance and observed a possible someone lingering in and around the children’s section for about 30 minutes before the incident occurred, police said.
Anyone who was in the library on the date this incident occurred and observed any part of this incident or believes he/she may have information pertinent to this investigation is asked to call detectives at 240-773-5448.
