Police Say Child Was Killed Before Fiery Crash (PHOTOS & VIDEO)
The Montgomery County Police Department held a news conference on Friday to discuss the death investigation of 5-year-old Daniel Dana, who was found in a fiery car crash on June 16 at the intersection of Sam Eig Highway and Fields Road in Gaithersburg. You can watch the police news conference, below:
According to Captain Darren Francke, detectives determined the young boy was murdered by his mother before the crash. Francke said the child overdosed on Diphenhydramine, a common ingredient in allergy medicine.
Police are charging the child’s mother, Narges Shafeirad, with first-degree murder and first-degree arson, Francke said.

Come on folks……. there’s more behind this story. Just little before the Daniel’s death his father was involved with a young woman who is still dating him and for what I hear she is trying to get Hamid the father marry her and it’s strange this crazy witch Ashley is being kept out of this whole case and her name is not being mentioned. Just listen to news carefully when it says “there are several stories being told about the burning car”. Something is not clear about this case.
Have they identified any of the family court judges or family lawyers
tied to the death of Daniel Dana, age 5? The articles I’ve seen indicate
that lawyers were involved in filing tactical protection orders, which
generate enormous conflict/legal fees, but often cause the death of,
or severe life-long injuries to, the impacted parents, children, school
personnel and others.
According to family court records, this is a very
typical situation where law-abiding, previously
healthy kids/parents wind up injured, incarcerated, dead, etc.
following the use of adversarial means to resolve child
custody cases, which everyone, including the courts,
knows is a really, really, really bad idea. Typically, ex parte
protection orders, under vague minor misdemeanor
statutes, having drastic consequences for parenting or
that take from a parent custodial rights (the go to method
for family lawyers to create intense, long-term inter-
parent conflict (and great fees) seems to be behind about
half of the community massacres in the DC region. It is
not that family lawyers and family court judges are
malicious, child/parent-hating sociopaths, its just
the system we use. There is most definitely a need to
completely transform our family courts. We need to
take steps to abolish family litigation, beginning with the
most harmful and dangerous forms of this warfare
(ex parte protection orders, based on vague statutes,
that affect or temporarily terminate custody/parenting).
This will help alot, and address public health and
safety issues raised by the family courts, and the child
and parent predator denizens of that sick and twisted place.
