Police are releasing home surveillance video hoping someone will recognize the two men police say burglarized a home in Boyds in late May.

The burglary occurred on May 28 around noon at a home on the 15000 block of Barnesville Road, according to police.  Home video surveillance captured two suspects and investigators are now asking for the public’s help in identifying them.  Police report that two men broke into the home and also used a baseball bat and stones to damage property and the interior structure of the home.  Some of the damaged items were thrown outside on the ground, according to a news release.  The men smashed a vehicle’s window parked at the home and rummaged through the glove compartment, according to police.

Detectives are asking anyone with information about this burglary to call Crime Solvers of Montgomery County toll-free at 1-866-411-TIPS (8477) or leave a Crime Solvers tip here.  Crime Solvers will pay a cash reward of up to $10,000 for information provided to them that leads to an arrest and/or indictment for this crime.  Tipsters will remain anonymous.
