UPDATED, August 11, 4 p.m. – Police report that Chelsea Ledesma has been found safe and unharmed.

ORIGINAL POST Montgomery County police officers need your help to find a missing Wheaton teen.

According to police, Chelsea Denise Ledesma, age 16, of the 11600 block of Elkins Street in Wheaton, was last seen on August 1st. Chelsea is described by police as a black female, 5’03” tall, and weighing 127 pounds. She has brown eyes and black hair. She is known to frequent the area of Northwood Terrace in the Kemp Mill area of Wheaton.

Police and family are concerned for her physical and emotional welfare.

Anyone who has information regarding the whereabouts of Chelsea Denise Ledesma is asked to call the Montgomery County Police Special Victims Division at 240.773.5400 or the police non-emergency number at 301.279.8000.
