Police Need Your Help to Find Missing Rockville Man (PHOTO)
Montgomery County police officers are asking for the public’s help to locate a missing Rockville man with dementia.
According to police, Michael Eugene Tolbert, who resides at the Montgomery County Men’s Emergency Shelter located at 600 East Gude Drive, has been reported missing by shelter staff.
Tolbert is described by police as a 67-year-old man, 5’10” tall, and weighing approximately 170 pounds. He has gray hair, blue eyes, and was last seen wearing a green jumpsuit. Police said Tolbert is familiar with public transportation.
Police said Tolbert suffers from dementia and does not have his medication with him. Police and family are concerned for his welfare.
