Police Locate Missing Germantown Teen (PHOTO)

ORIGINAL POST Montgomery County police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing Germantown teen.

Police said Mervin Rivas-Chang, age 16, of the 13000 block of Millhaven Place in Germantown, was last seen at 6:45 a.m. on April 16th when he was dropped off at a school in Germantown. Mervin is described by police as a Hispanic male, 5’8” tall, 140 pounds, with brown eyes and short brown hair. Police said he was last seen wearing a gray hoodie and was carrying a black bag pack. He frequents the area of Lakeforest Mall in Gaithersburg.

Police and family are concerned for his physical and emotional welfare. Mervin has not been in contact with his family since his disappearance.
