Montgomery County police officers are asking for your help in locating a missing teenager from the Fairland area.
Police said 15-year-old Maurice Edward Kirkland, Jr. was last seen by family members when he left his Fairland Road home on foot at approximately 11 a.m. on Sunday. Maurice is described by police as an African American male, 5’10” tall, and weighing 175 pounds. He has short black hair and brown eyes. Maurice was last seen wearing a black “Marvel” t-shirt with red letters, dark blue jeans, and red Nike shoes.
According to police, he is known to frequent the area of the Orchard Center shopping mall located at 12000 Cherry Hill Road in the Calverton area.
Police and family say they are concerned for his welfare.
