Montgomery County police officers need your help to find a missing Germantown man.
Police said a Silver Alert has been issued for 65-year-old Sherwood Simon Boxer of Germantown.
According to police, Boxer left his Black Saddle Lane residence to run errands on Sept. 7th at approximately noon. He was driving a maroon, 2002 Honda Odyssey with Maryland tag ACS-53M.
Boxer is described by police as a white male who is 5’10” tall and weighs 230 pounds. He has blue eyes and is balding with graying hair on the sides and back of his head. Police said he wears glasses and has a thick grey and brown colored beard, and he has difficulty hearing. At the time he left his house, Boxer was wearing a navy blue t-shirt with the words “life is good” written on the front, blue jeans, and brown flip-flops.
Police and family are concerned for Boxer’s physical well being because he is without his medication.
Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Sherwood Simon Boxer or the maroon Honda Odyssey is asked to call 9.1.1.
