ORIGINAL POST Montgomery County police are asking for the public’s help to locate a missing Woodstock man.
According to police, Achydam Monestime was seen on Dec. 4 at approximately 11:00 a.m. when he left his father’s home on Beaker Court in Burtonsville to take a bus from Greenbelt to Woodstock. Police said that at approximately 9:27 p.m. that evening, Monestime spoke with his father on the phone and told his father that he missed the bus. Police said Monestime’s family members have not heard from him since that time.
Police describe Monestime as a 24-year-old African American male, 5’2” tall, and weighing 160 pounds. He has short black hair, brown eyes, and a mustache.
Police and family are concerned for Monestime’s emotional and physical welfare.
