Police Find Missing Silver Spring Man (PHOTO)

Montgomery County police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing man from Silver Spring.
According to police, Kim Eng Chamtarit, age 86, of the 8100 block of Bonaire Court in Silver Spring, was last seen in his home at approximately 7:30 a.m. on March 30. Police said Chamtarit does not have access to a vehicle but does use public transportation.
Chamtarit is described as an Asian male, approximately 5’ 07” tall, and weighing 117 pounds. He has gray hair that is cut short and has brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a tan hat, khaki pants, a black jacket, and black shoes.
According to the police report, he has limited English skills and has speech difficulties. Family and police are concerned for the missing man’s well being.
