Missing Germantown Man Located

Montgomery County police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a man missing from Germantown.

According to police, Giovanni Justin Gopaulsingh, age 23, was last seen at 8 a.m. on Jan. 25 leaving his residence in the 20700 block of Crystal Hill Circle in Germantown. He is described by police as a black male, black hair, brown eyes, 5’8″ tall and weighing 105 pounds.  Police said he was last seen wearing a long sleeve green and gray shirt, a black jacket, and black jeans.  He has tattoos of chemistry symbols on both his left and right hand, according to police.

Police and family members are concerned for his welfare as he has expressed a desire to harm himself.
