Police Investigate Vandalism to 26 Vehicles in North Potomac
Montgomery County police officers are investigating the vandalism of over two dozen vehicles in the Avalon at Traville community in North Potomac.
According to police, 26 vehicles were vandalized in the early morning hours of Aug. 24.
Police said tires were slashed, in the area of Alta Springs Way, and, at least, one vehicle had a windshield broken.
Detectives are asking residents who may have been vandalized but have not yet reported it to file a police report by calling the police department’s non-emergency number at 301.279.8000.
Investigators are also asking anyone who may have information about this vandalism or the suspects involved to call 1st District Detectives at 240.773.6084.
