Police Investigate Train Collision

Montgomery County police and fire rescue units are on the scene of a collision involving a MARC train and a track maintenance vehicle in Silver Spring.

According to MARC, service on the Brunswick Line is suspended with no estimated time of restoration.

Police said Seminary Road is closed at Forest Glen Road.

So far, no word on injuries.

UPDATE: The collision involves a Marc train with passengers and a vehicle. No injuries reported as of yet.
