Police Investigate Suspicious Death in Silver Spring
Montgomery County police are investigating the suspicious death of a teenager who died at a Silver Spring home, police said Tuesday.
About 2:25 a.m., the male was found in the basement of a home in the 1000 block of Mondrian Terrace, according to a police statement. Fire and Rescue Services took the victim to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead, police said.
The body was taken to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Baltimore where an autopsy will be conducted to determine the manner and cause of his death, police said.
