Police Investigate Report of Shooting Near Elementary School

Montgomery County police are investigating the report of a shooting at 4:45 p.m. today outside of Stedwick Elementary School in Montgomery Village.

Police Spokesperson Lucille Baur said a victim was not located at the scene.

According to Baur, police have learned that an adult male arrived at an area emergency center for treatment of an apparent gunshot wound and investigators are trying to determine whether it is related to the earlier report.
