Police Investigate Bethesda Incidents (Video)
Montgomery County police are investigating three incidents in Bethesda involving women who are inappropriately hugged by a male suspect. So far, there have been three incidents reported and police believe they are all related. CCM’s Susan Kenedy interviews Capt. Paul Starks about these incidents in this video clip.
