Police Deliver Baby in Car This Morning in Silver Spring

A Montgomery County Police officer delivered a baby boy this morning in the parents’ car at Georgia and Dennis avenues.

No many details are available yet about the delivery, but police said the baby delivered after midnight, is healthy.
