Police identified the man charged as 49-year-old Anthony Starr of Southeast, Washington, D.C. Starr is one of three men allegedly involved in stealing about 100 pieces of jewelry, worth more than $60,000, from The Jewelry Exchange located at 7747 Old Georgetown Road.
