Police Charge Montgomery Village Man with Indecent Exposure (PHOTO)
Montgomery County police officers have charged 39-year-old John Stovall of Montgomery Village with indecent exposure after he allegedly exposed himself to two 11-year-old girls.
Police said they were dispatched on Wednesday afternoon to the 19100 block of Stedwick Drive. According to police, the victims told police that the suspect approached them and exposed himself to them as they were walking home from school. Police said both victims ran home and reported the incident to a parent.
According to a police account, officers were given a description of Stovall and found him at his residence. Stovall was transported to the Central Processing Unit where he was charged with two counts of indecent exposure. Police said he was released after posting a $7,500 bond.
