Police Ask for Help Identifying Peeping Tom

Montgomery County police in Rockville have released an image of a man believed to be a peeping Tom who took photos underneath’ a woman’s dress while she shopped at a department store.
Police hope someone can help identify the man.
The incident occurred about 1:45 p.m. April 26, when the woman was shopping at the Marshalls department store at 12051 Rockville Pike in Rockville, police said.
Another customer told her she saw the man use a cell phone to take pictures underneath the woman’s dress, police said. The victim then confronted the suspect who then fled, police said.
Anyone who has information about the suspect or this incident is asked to call the 1st District Investigative Section at 240-773-6084. Those who wish to remain anonymous may call Crime Solvers of Montgomery County at 240-773-TIPS (8477). Crime Solvers will pay a cash reward of up to $10,000 for information provided to them that leads to an arrest or indictment.
