Police Locate Missing Germantown Woman

Montgomery County police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing Germantown woman.

Monali Parikh, age 24, of the 18000 block of Cottage Garden Drive was last seen leaving her residence on Tuesday, November 19 for a morning appointment in Arlington, Virginia at the Art Institute of Washington.

Police said it is unknown at this point whether she arrived at the appointment. Detectives have developed information that Parikh may have been in Pennsylvania on Tuesday evening and at Dulles Airport at 4:30 a.m. on Nov. 20.

Parikh is described as an Indian female, 5’3″ tall, and weighing 110 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black jacket, black pants, and black high heels, according to police. Parikh does not drive and relies on public transportation, police said.

Police and family members are concerned for her welfare.
