Police Say Potomac Man Found Safe, Unharmed (PHOTO)

Update, 6:18 p.m.: Police say Robby Moutcheu Happy has been located safe and unharmed.

Original post: Montgomery County police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing Potomac man.

According to police, Robby Happy, 22, of the 8800 block of Tuckerman Lane was last seen leaving a residence on Amber Tree Court in Gaithersburg at approximately 7 p.m. on Monday, September 11.

Police describe Happy as an African American male who is 6’1” tall and weighs 190 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a red checkered shirt, black pants, and grey shoes.

Police and family are concerned for Happy’s emotional and physical welfare.
