Police Activity Stops Traffic on Georgia Avenue, Brighton Dam Road

Montgomery County officials are advising motorists to avoid Georgia Avenue between Gregg Road and Triadelphia Lake Road; New Hampshire Avenue between Georgia Avenue and Brighton Dam Road. Police are responding to a domestic disturbance in the 22000 block of Brown Farm Way and have blocked off traffic on Georgia and Brighton Dam Road. Officials are expecting significant traffic backups.
