Planning Commission Approves Rockville’s Pike Neighborhood Plan

The Rockville Planning Commission recently approved an updated draft of Rockville’s Pike Neighborhood Plan. It’s the first time the plan has been update since 1989.  Rock 11 Now’s Kathy Dantzler reports.
