Revealing Our Humanity

Revealing Our Humanity strives to provide a meaningful and entertaining window into the inspiration and perspiration that drive a diverse array of individuals to advance the public interest. Content is driven in part by the policy issues raised by Public Interest Podcast, which consists of conversations with politicians, activists, advocates, and others who seek to improve the world.

Content is intended to:
1. Raise the profile of and humanize those individuals who advance the public interest
2. Create stronger positive associations with public service
3. Make public service an attractive and accessible calling for more people
4. Demonstrate the diversity of ways in which one can serve the community
5. Provide a new way to access those who have taken a stand to improve our community
6. Fill the vacuum left by the disappearing Fourth Estate (i.e. traditional journalism)
7. Increase informed voter turnout by familiarizing voters with their elected officials
