Olney Theatre Presents Donna McKechnie

Olney Theatre presents Tony Award-Winner Donna McKechnie’s one-woman cabaret Same Place, Another Time on September 1 at 7 p.m. on the Historic Stage, 2001 Olney-Sandy Spring Road. Ms. McKechnie won the 1976 Tony Award for Best Actress for her powerful portrayal of Cassie in A Chorus Line. Forty years later, Ms. McKechnie is still at it with this “bright, brassy new cabaret show” (The New York Times).

Recommended for ages 14 and up.

On Monday, September 2, 2013 at 10:00 am (Labor Day), Ms. McKechnie will teach a masterclass on dance performance. Aspiring and veteran dancers, as well as Musical Theater enthusiasts, will learn about the craft as she works with six dancers.
