NWS Issues Winter Weather Advisory for Snow in Montgomery County
The National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory for Montgomery County, which could affect afternoon and evening commutes.
According to the advisory, snow accumulations of snow are expected from one to two inches during 1 p.m. to 7 p.m.
A winter weather advisory means that periods of snow may cause travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow covered roads and limited visibility, and use caution while driving.
Winter Weather Advisory has been issued for 1-7pm today for most of the Baltimore-Washington metro area. Cold and dry this morning. Snow will develop around lunch, and end around dinner.
