NWS Issues Severe Thunderstorm Warning for Montgomery County
UPDATED: The National Weather Service has issues a severe thunderstorm warning for Montgomery County from now until 3:45 p.m.
According to the NWS warning, lightning may occur and outdoor activities should be postponed. Thunderstorms may produce tornadoes and residents are urged to seek shelter indoors if outside.
Officials say residents should not approach downed utility lines as wires may still be energized. Call 9-1-1 to report downed wires.

There is a chance of heavy rain, large hail, lightning and isolated tornadoes.
