Northwest Jags and Sherwood Warriors Advance to Volleyball State Championship Game (PHOTOS & VIDEO)
Two Montgomery County high schools will compete for the state championship title in volleyball on Saturday afternoon at Ritchie Coliseum at the University of Maryland.
The defending state champions, the Northwest Jaguars have advanced to the title game, for the second year in a row, after defeating the Bowie Bulldogs on Wednesday night.
The Jaguars will face the Sherwood Warriors in the state championship game. On Wednesday night, the Warriors defeated the Arundel Wildcats in a tie-breaker game.
The state championship game is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. on Nov. 19 at Ritchie Coliseum.
