Nominations are now being accepted for the Montgomery Serves and the Neal Potter Path of Achievement awards to honor some of Montgomery County’s most dedicated volunteers.

“Our strong culture of volunteering to help each other is one of the things that makes Montgomery County special,” said County Executive Ike Leggett. “I encourage people to nominate individuals, businesses and community groups for these awards so that we, as a County, can recognize and honor extraordinary volunteer efforts.”

Organized by the Montgomery County Volunteer Center and sponsored by the Fund for Montgomery, the annual event highlights the good work of seniors, youth, individuals, businesses and community groups that help make Montgomery County a good place to live, work and play.
