‘No Boundaries’ with Phil Andrews (Photo)
Montgomery County Councilmember Phil Andrews and Associate District Court Judge Karla Smith exchanged views on numerous issues—including their shared efforts to stem domestic violence—when they were together for the taping of the unique County Cable Montgomery (CCM) show called No Boundaries. The show’s conversational format has Montgomery County leaders informally discussing subjects of all types with leaders outside of County government. This edition, recorded at the historic Red Brick Courthouse in Rockville, will begin airing on CCM (Channel 6 on Comcast and CCM, Channel 30 on Verizon) later in May.
