New Wheaton Community Rec Center Offers Much for Many

Friday marked the opening of the new Wheaton Community Recreation Center located on Georgia Avenue at the intersection of Arcola Avenue. County Executive Marc Elrich was on hand for the ceremony. The Wheaton Senior Center and the Wheaton Library are conveniently housed inside the center which is a multi-generational, environmentally-friendly facility which offers a variety of activities for people of all ages.
