New Time Orchestra at Veterans Plaza

Wednesday Night STARZ! presents New Time Orchestra playing bluegrass at Veterans Plaza, Silver Spring on Sept. 11 at 7 p.m. New Time Orchestra was formed in 2012 by an eclectic group of music majors at University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC). New Time Orchestra includes Mike Winch on fiddle, Steve Gallagher on guitar and Madeline Waters on cello, Owen McCusker on mandolin and Marie Thorpe on bass. And, of course, they all love to sing. Enjoy this free outdoor concert within walking distance of the Silver Spring Metro Station.
