New Reward Offered in Hoggle Case (VIDEO)
Standing at a playground in Clarksburg where he often played with son Jacob and daughter Sarah before they disappeared in early September, Troy Turner met with members of the media to announce a partnership with the Victims’ Rights Foundation to create a reward fund for the return of his missing kids.
The Hoggle toddlers were last seen with their mother, Catherine Hoggle who is charged with three misdemeanors in their disappearance. She is being held in the Clifton T. Perkins Hospital Center awaiting a mental evaluation.
The family of the missing toddlers is appealing to the community for any information about the children’s disappearance. The website to donate is here.
