New Principal Appointed at Richard Montgomery Elementary School No. 5 (PHOTO)

The Montgomery County Board of Education appointed Rachel DuBois as principal of the new Richard Montgomery Elementary School #5.

According to the MCPS website, the project is still under construction.

The new elementary school, located at 332 West Edmonston Drive in Rockville, is scheduled to open Sept. 2018 .
