New Healthcare Services Center to Open in Silver Spring (PHOTO)

Silver Spring residents will have a new place to stop in for medical care this Thursday. Cornerstone Montgomery and CCI Health and Wellness Services will be opening a new one stop shop medical service facility at the Craig S. Integrated Health Center located at 1398 Lamberton Drive.

The expanded offerings will include behavioral health, dental and primary care services in one location. Local officials including Montgomery County Councilmember George Leventhal, Director of the Department of Health and Human Services Uma Ahluwalia, and County Executive Ike Leggett are set to attend the ribbon cutting ceremony.

“This project should serve as a model for public-private partnerships moving forward,” Executive Leggett said in a news release.
