Neighbor Reacts to Germantown Townhouse Fire Damage (VIDEO)

More than 100 Montgomery County firefighters responded to a three-alarm fire at a townhouse in Germantown on Monday, March 14. According to officials, the fire caused one home to collapse and damaged surrounding buildings. Peggy Garland’s home was one of the buildings that was impacted by the blaze.
