Navarro Says Maryland Students Are The Community’s “Most Precious Jewels” (VIDEO)

Montgomery County Councilmember Nancy Navarro praised awardees at the Montgomery County Executive’s Hispanic Gala on Sept. 10 at The Fillmore in Silver Spring.

Seventy-seven Maryland students were the recipients of the 2015 Maryland Hispanic Achievement Scholarships presented at the Montgomery County Executive’s Hispanic Gala. Each student received a one-time $2,000 scholarship award.
