Nationals Take on Giants in Game One

After the Baltimore Orioles handedly beat the Detriot Tigers 12-3 Thursday  night, today it’s the Nats turn.

The Nationals play their first game in the National League Division playoff series against the San Francisco Giants at 3 p.m. There are some seats still available Friday morning, according to the Nationals ticketing website. A MyMCMedia search of the Nationals website showed for one ticket, the best available seat will cost you about $400. And once you select it you have less than three minutes to make the purchase on the site.

The place to be might be your local sports bar. Not Your Average Joe’s restaurant in Gaithersburg is offering a playoff special that anyone wearing a Nationals shirt will get a free appetizer during the playoff game.
