National Weather Service Issues Winter Weather Advisory for Freezing Rain

The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for parts of northwest Montgomery County beginning between 6 and 9 p.m. tonight through 3 a.m. on Feb. 10.

Temperatures are expected in the upper 20s and lower 30s and winds are predicted to blow from the north around 10 mph.

Untreated road and sidewalk services may be slippery.

A Winter Weather Advisory means that the freezing rain may cause travel difficulties, so use caution and prepare for slippery roads and limited visibility.
