National Night Out is Aug. 6 (Video)

Montgomery County celebrates National Night Out (NNO) on August 6. In this interview, first broadcast on “County Report This Week,” Lucille Baur of the Montgomery County Police Department tells us about the annual NNO event and she provides some important advice for residents who may be leaving town on vacation.

Montgomery County police have received 1,599 reports of residential burglary to homes, garages and sheds  from Jan. 1 – July 15 of this year. According to preliminary stats, entry was made without force in approximately 32% of the cases. Lock your doors!
