Rockville Mayor on Gaithersburg Annexation Plans (Video)

After a Montgomery County Council committee meeting to discuss a petition by the Sears company for Gaithersburg to annex the Great Indoors site (off Shady Grove Road and near 355), Rockville Mayor Phyllis Marcuccio said she was not disappointed as Rockville officials already knew there was nothing legally they could do to stop the petition. She also complimented the county’s leaders on how they are handling the issue. Take a look.
