Multi-Vehicle Accident on Great Seneca Highway
UPDATED Montgomery County police and fire rescue units responded to a multi-vehicle accident at Great Seneca Highway and Longdraft Road on New Year’s Day.
According to Montgomery County police, the call came in at 4:46 p.m. on Jan. 1 and southbound Great Seneca Highway was closed at Horn Point Drive during the police investigation and fire rescue response.
Asst. Fire Chief Scott Graham reports on Twitter that four adults and five pediatric traumas were being transported to area hospitals with non life threatening injuries. He said one patient refused treatment at the scene.
No other information has been released.
