Montgomery Parks Closes Natural Service Trails Due to Rain

Montgomery County Parks announced the closure of all natural surface trails in local parks Monday. The recent rain has left trails wet and muddy.

The trails are not safe according to park officials.

The trails are closed until further notice. Montgomery Parks maintains more than 170 miles of natural surface trails in Montgomery County.

This is the third time since May the natural service trails were closed due to heavy rain.
