Montgomery County Works on Zoning Code (Video)
Montgomery County is undergoing the first rewrite of Zoning Code since 1977. The Planning Board presented the draft rewrite to the County Council. The Planning, Housing, and Economic Development committee, chaired by Nancy Floreen is holding worksessions during the summer and early fall to review the draft zoning code and map.
