11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Free/Gratis.  This is a four week, interactive, experiential workshop featuring Arts for the Aging storyteller Candace Wolf and choreographer Nancy Havlik. The group will share stories and dances from the animal world. Participants will experience and respond to tales, moves, sounds and music of various creatures. The fourth workshop will include a sharing of what we’ve discovered presented to other seniors and staff at the Long Branch Senior Center in an informal showing.  We’ll present our own dances, poems and animal narrative. Ghosts are flying, the body parts are laying mangled, and the chainsaw is roaring. The fear factor is heightened and the screams are curling toes with curiosity as the stories unfold. Theatrical student are encouraged to come and sign up to volunteer or donate props, if you dare.
