Montgomery County Police Officer Saves Infant in White Oak (VIDEO)

Montgomery County Police Officer David Reed helped to save the life of an infant girl in White Oak on Thursday night. Reed gives the account of the incident at a Montgomery County Police news briefing at the Public Safety Headquarters Friday morning in Gaithersburg.
