Montgomery County Executive Ike Leggett Proclaims African Heritage Month (VIDEO)

Montgomery County Executive Isiah Leggett helped kick off African Heritage Month on September 6th with a special celebration at the Silver Spring Civic Building. The celebration included musical entertainment and African cuisine.
