Montgomery County Council To Hold Public Hearing on Jan. 17 on Bill Regarding Development Impact Tax
The Montgomery County Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday Jan. 17 on Expedited Bill 51-16. The bill would establish a local area transportation review mitigation payment; authorize the Council to set the rates by resolution after a public resolution after a public hearing; and amend the law concerning the development impact tax for transportation improvements.
The public hearing will be held in the Third Floor Hearing Room of the Council Office Building located at 100 Maryland Avenue in Rockville.
