Montgomery County Celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month

Montgomery County Council President Nancy Navarro hosted the county’s sixth annual Hispanic Heritage Month Commemoration on Tuesday.

The event included a musical performance, and a video presentation on Hispanic Americans in the Washington metropolitan area who have made important contributions to our communities.

The theme of this year’s commemoration is “Latin Americans: A History of Serving Our Nation, State and County.”
